Rates

money growth affordable

Our hourly rate is $150 per hour, per party, plus HST.  Each party is billed and invoiced separately.  This rate applies to all aspects of the mediation process, including:

  • Individual intake meetings

  • Joint mediation sessions

  • Report writing and preparation of the Memorandum of Understanding

The total cost of mediation varies from case to case, as every family’s situation is unique.

Factors that can influence the overall scope and complexity include:

  • Number and type of issues to be resolved — for example, parenting arrangements, division of property, and/or spousal support.

  • Level of conflict between parties — higher conflict may require more sessions to reach resolution.

  • Amount of financial or parenting information to review — complex finances, business ownership, or extensive documentation can require additional preparation time.

  • Willingness to compromise — when both parties approach mediation with flexibility, agreements are typically reached more quickly.
